What is it? - Coconuts are grown on Palm trees with the name Cocus nucifera. They originate in area of warm climate like India and Southeast Asia. It   has been found that the coconut meat, that is, the white part of coconut, provides nutritional and health benefits.

 

 

Health Benefits- The medium chain fatty acid in coconut is found to be associated with fat burning. Coconut is rich in magnesium, iron, manganese, copper and potassium. It adds a nutty flavour to the dish. It is found to be rich in saturated fat which is easier to digest and improves the overall endurance.

 

Why Us- Our Coconut Orange Green Tea has coconut flakes and orange rinds with green tea to create an exceptional combination of powerful active ingredients and delectable flavours. Orange rinds contain three times more Vit- C and four times more fibre than the fruit. This it is usually brewed as hot tea, but in summer season it can also be made into an iced tea.

  • a) Green tea- 2 tsp/2 tea bags/half glass* temp 60-70c *Time 2-3 min. Fill the remaining glass with iced water.
  • b) Flower tea—2 tsp/2 tea bags/ half glass * temp 90-100 c* Time 4-5 min.Fill the remaining glass with iced water.
  • c) Fruit tea- 2 tsp/2 tea bags/ half glass *temp 90-100c*Time 7-8 min.Fill the remaining glass with iced water.
  • d) Herbal tea—2 tsp/2 tea bags/half glass * temp 90-100c*Time 4-5 min. Fill the remaining glass with iced water.

  • 1) Do not leave the green tea bag in the teacup itself (until and unless you want it strong), it will make your tea bitter.
  • 2) Do not squeeze your tea/ tea bag, it will make your tea bitter.
  • 3) Do not use very hot water (+90 c) for green tea, it will make it bitter.
  • 4) Remove the tea bag and reuse it up to 2-3 times, but be sure that the strength will keep on reducing.
