Q. 1. How Li’ll Greenz’s delivery process works?

Answer: Once order is placed online, after confirmation, it will be delivered at the user’s address through an automated process. The order is picked and packed, checked for quality, physical condition, etc. by a dedicated team of trained staff and then sent for delivery at your door step.

A notification will be sent on the user’s registered mobile number and e-mail I.d at each stage.

Q. 2. What will happen if user is not available to receive the order?

Answer: Once the order is dispatched from the store, a notification will be sent on your registered email address and mobile number. In case of non-availability at your residence, our Delivery Expert will try reaching you on the registered mobile number. The order will accordingly be rescheduled only after getting a confirmation from the user’s end.

Q. 3. Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Answer: Yes, modifications are permitted before dispatching process only. However, once the order has been dispatched from the store upon which a delivery notification will be sent on your registered email address and contact number, no further changes can be made in the order.

Q. 4. What if I didn't like the quality of the products delivered to me?

Answer: As it is mentioned there is no return policy, we would advise you to go for our sample packs first. We would request you to check the products while accepting the products during delivery. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, please return those products to our Delivery Expert. Our Delivery Expert will enter details of the same in the mobile tracking app to initiate request for return as well as refund in case of any.

Q. 5. Can I cancel my order?

Answer: No return or cancellation is possible after accepting delivery.

Answer: No, in such event of delay, our delivery team only will keep you updated about your delivery.

Answer: No, the price listed on the product page is all you pay. We firmly belief in value of our customers and their health that leads us to transparency and follow the norm of no additional sales tax, and no other hidden charges.

Q. 9. Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on the website of Li’ll Greenz?

Answer: Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on www.lillGreenz.com. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.

Q. 10. How do I know the payment status?

Answer: Users can easily login to their Account and view the Payment Status on the order in the section of My Orders.

Q. 11. Do I get an invoice for my order?

Answer: You will receive an Invoice at the delivery of the products. You can also download the invoice by login to Your Account.

Q. 12. When and how will I get my refund in case of cancellation or product return?

Answer: In case of Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking Orders, the amount will be refunded directly into your original form of payment mode.

Q. 13. When does Li’ll Greenz deliver the ordered products?

Answer: We dispatch the orders within 24hrs. Delays are possible only in unavoidable circumstances.

Q. 14. Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

Answer: Yes, User can place order with amount of Rs.200 in Indian currency.

Q. 15. I have received my order but there is problem with it, what can I do?

Answer: Once order is accepted by you, in case of any further issues with the order for the below mentioned reasons, please send us an e-mail with clear image of delivered product/Invoice at customercare@lillgreenz.com within 3 days of receiving the order and our customer care team will get in touch and guide you with further procedure accordingly.

For quality control reasons we do not accept returns for any other cases except above. Returns cannot be processed if the product has been opened or tampered with. Thus we request you to maintain all original packaging in order to receive the refund.

Q. 16. Can I cancel my order?

Answer: No return or cancellation is possible once the order is handed over to the courier partner.
